Curry Mulligatawny Soup

 

Ingredients

1 Apple
1 Carrot
2 Onions
2 oz Oil
1 oz Flour
1 tbls Curry Powder
2 pts Stock
1 tbs Chutney
1 oz Sultanas
Pinch Salt
Seasoning
Little Lemon Juice or Vinegar

 

Method

Chop apple & vegetables into tiny pieces, toss in hot oil then work in the flour & curry powder.

Add stock, bring to boil and simmer for 10 mins.

Add remaining ingredients and cook together for 1 hour.

Run through a sieve and reheat.
