2 chicken fillets cut into pieces
1/2 onion finely chopped
3 gloves of garlic
1 grated carrot
1 tin of condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
2 tbs mayonnaise
1 tbs Curry powder
Knob of Butter
Melt butter & saute onions and garlic.
Add chicken and fry until cooked.
Add carrots and mushrooms, fry for a minute.
Add soup, mayonnaise and curry powder. Cook for a further 10 minutes.
Add spring onions.
Mix up with cooked pasta keep heating until piping hot.
Something a little different from the normal range of curry recipes, this makes for a lovely curried meal.
